I feel low in energy, yes. I have sores on my tongue too. I mean I feel like it's because of drinking hot things maybe idk.

I have one more curious query. I was suggested to wear two stone rings to get better luck/times. One is Pearl stone and another is Red coral stone. I am wearing these since both since a couple of months but unsure about them. Any suggestions regarding this? Do you believe in this or how strong does it effects?
Stone is Earth element. It will help a little bit. But laying on the Earth will help a lot more. But that is a good idea. Because you can't stay laying down on the ground all day long.
You should also eat cow beef. This is going to give you the most Earth element.
