Came here from Reddit. Working as a dentist and film director (balancing both). Aspirations to be a writer, director and eventually leave dentistry behind.
I work in two countries:
1) Mumbai, India - hot, wet climate (humid) my skin condition gets worse during monsoon (highly sensitive to mold)
2) Manchester/London, UK - cold, damp climate. Also sensitive to mild here.
Came out of a toxic relationship in May 2023 which I was in since 2019 (this was in Mumbai, India)
Currently single and focussing on myself.

- Located in the center of the chest, just above the heart.
Vishuddha - Throat Chakra
- Located at the throat.
Ajna - Third Eye Chakra
- Located between the eyebrows.
Sahasrara - Crown Chakra
- Located at the top of the head.

Each chakra is associated with different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

If you zoom out and look at your entire energetic profile, since writing requires unity between your spirit your mind your words and your emotions, your desire to become a writer is an echo of your desire to simply unify your higher chakras.

This is a noble pursuit.

I actually love doing physical work, I’ve always been physically active.

Could you elaborate on the skin/liver issues?

Repetitive physical work energy is from the planet Mercury. Your Mercury planet is made of water. Your body is made by Venus. Your body energy is Earth element. Earth soaks up water and destroys it.

This means that your body doesn't let you do repetitive long term physical work.

It doesn't mean you don't like it and it doesn't mean you're not good at it. It just means that your body prevents you from doing repetitive long-term work like bricklaying, painting, marathons etc.

Metal energy in your body is the energy of your
skin,
your lungs,
your nose and
your large intestine.

You only have metal energy from the Moon. But the Moon is not a yang physical energy source. It's yin or secondary. So your body will still have weak metal energy bodily organs. If one is weak, because they are all a part of the same system, they are all weak.

The liver provides the energy to your eyes, your eyesight, your optic nerves, and gallbladder (for some reason my memory is hazy on this one so it might be wrong)

If your liver is weak, which according to your energetic signature, it is, then all of these organs will need special support.

If you were to ask what the purpose of life is, there are only really two answers.

To experience life with what you've been given
To attain enlightenment

If you choose the first path, there's no need to do anything. You just live day to day. If you choose the second path, you do what you're doing.

No I don’t have dreams where I wake up. But I do have very vivid life-like dreams

Drink lemon water daily. Each spinach frequently. Meditate at 1am weekly. Or go to sleep while meditating after midnight. Head should point West. Feet should point east.

Eat spicy foods. Handle swords, sharp metal.

Do this several days. Let me know what changes.

I’ve been following your advice. Using a chefs knife for cooking is the closest I can get to a sword and consuming spinach daily. Is there anything I should be avoiding? I’m travelling to work to a hot humid climate for 6 weeks as of next week.thanks
